We can accommodate FaceTime and Google Hangout tours, we also have YouTube videos of many properties! Just reach out and we are happy to send one over to you!
Many of our properties do have great floor plans – just ask!
We have a great online application process! The rental application is emailed and can be completed fully online. You will need a valid government issued ID and proof of income.
International students will also complete our standard application. You also need to provide your Immigration status documents (such as a Visa/I-20/ J-1/F-1) and University acceptance letter or Job Offering as well.
We have many great options that include utilities! You will find this information on the listing. In properties where utilities are included, they are: Gas for heating and cooking, electricity for power and lighting, water/sewage and garbage removal fees. You would be responsible for cable/internet and an A/C fee.
For all our properties, the deposit amount is equal to one month’s rent.
Our policy stands that we can only hold an apartment once a lease is signed and a security deposit is paid in full.
We have many pet friendly properties! We want to be sure your pet has a great living experience too so most of these properties also have outdoor space.
We offer a great online portal where you can pay your rent by e-check (ACH) or credit card. There is no fee for an e-check payment, but credit/debit cards carry a convenience fee.
